Company Background

We may be small, but we are mighty. Simpson Benefits in its present form was formed in 2018 and our agents have over 50 years of combined experience. In March of 2021 we moved out of space we rented at another agency and moved into our current location.

Meet The Team

Sunny Simpson

With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, I have dedicated a significant portion of my career to working with prominent health insurance carriers such as Highmark Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Health care. Currently residing in Dover, I share my home with five Leon bergers, a breed known for its impressive size and gentle temperament.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a proud parent of four grown children and find great joy in attending dog shows with my canine companions. My extensive knowledge of Medicare, spanning 35 years, allows me to provide invaluable guidance to our clients. I take immense pride in sharing my expertise, ensuring that our agents are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Kim Thomas

Kim has been working in the health insurance industry since 2014. She quickly realized that there was an overwhelming need to help the older generation navigate the ever-changing world of Medicare, Social Security, and health insurance. To greater assist clients, she got her Life and Health insurance license in 2015. Since then, Kim has felt a great pride and tremendous sense of duty in making sure that each one of her clients is well taken care of during the insurance process. Whether it be Social Security benefits, Medicare, Prescription Drug plans, Final Expense Life insurance or Marketplace insurances she is always willing and happy to help.

Kim currently resides in Littlestown with her husband, Mike and beloved dog, Miles. She is a proud Mom of two sons, Jake and Nate and her wonderful daughter-in-law, Savannah. Kim loves exploring the outdoors and finding new, beautiful places to go hiking. She also loves reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Ken Glace

Ken Glace comes to Simpson Benefits with 30 years experience in multiple fields of employment, from educating our youth as a high school teacher to running million-dollar projects for commercial well drilling. Ken likes to spend time with his wife Kristine and a beagle named Jill. He has two daughters that are both married and a new grandson: Marcus.

Ken joined our team in July 2021 and has helped numerous clients plan for their retirement health insurance needs. Prior to being eligible for Medicare he helps his clients secure their under 65 health insurance. Through face-to-face appointments, Ken has helped navigate our senior population through the entire Medicare process. Whether facilitating enrollments in Medicare products, or assisting beneficiaries apply for Social Security Benefits, Ken looks forward to helping our customers understand and feel confident in their Medicare enrollment selections. Ken is known for his attention to detail and is held in high regard by all his clients. He likes to share his life experiences as well as hear and learn from his clients too.

Lexi McNally

Lexi joined Simpson Benefits in March of 2023. She is the baby of the group but is an old soul. Insurance is a new direction for Lexi. However, it didn’t take long for her to realize that this industry is a perfect fit for her while working as the receptionist. Lexi is always smiling and bubbly with a personality that lights up a room. She loves helping others through the difficulties of Medicare and health insurance. She is currently studying for her Life and Health insurance license and will be an agent soon!

Lexi enjoys gardening, cooking and anything outdoors. You can find her at a dirt track almost any Saturday night cheering on her favorite sprint car drivers. She recently welcomed her mini-me, her daughter Adlee, in July of 2024. Along with Adlee, Lexi has three fur babies: Buck, Lou & Remi.

Bella Sapp

Bella started at Simpson Benefits in May of 2024. She never imagined that the day she walked into the office to get health insurance, she was offered a job! Bella grew up in Hanover and graduated from Hanover High School. Bella has 10+ years of customer service experience.

You might recognize Bella from her old job at ‘Just Wellness’ in the square of Hanover! Her #1 goal is to complete the licensing to become an insurance agent. She is spending most of her time studying for the test, fingers crossed!!! Bella loves learning new things and helping others which is why she feels like this is the perfect industry for her. Bella’s 2 babies are her adorable rotties, Gypsy and Onyx. She is extremely family-oriented and loves spending time with her big Italian family and all of her friends.
